This book is an illustrated series of misadventures in installments, the first of which (depicted here) I created for The Brooklyn Art Library Fiction Project, 2013. The follow-up installments will be published here on this blog. Delina, the heroine of this series, is autistic (but unaware of this fact) and mute. She is an independent, kind-hearted, intuitive, and visionary young woman who unknowingly founds a new dynasty fated to change the collective destiny of humanity. The misadventures transform a community that has already survived multiple set-backs and catastrophes.
